IBEW LOCAL 347 SCHOLARSHIP FUND
The IBEW Local 347 Scholarship Fund anticipates offering a total of $3,000 in non-renewable scholarships to the dependent children and grandchildren of current and retired members of IBEW Local Union 347. Winners are selected on the basis of academic ability, financial need, appreciation of labor, and social awareness.
UNION PLUS SCHOLARSHIP
Union Plus is offering scholarships ranging from $500 to $4,000. Current and retired members of unions participating in any Union Plus program, their spouses and their dependent children are eligible to apply. Must have at least one year of continuous union membership by the applicant, applicant's spouse or parent (if a dependent).
IBEW FOUNDERS' SCHOLARSHIP
The IBEW Founders' Scholarship is offered to the working members of the IBEW on a competitive basis. It is hoped that the awards will not only contribute to the personal development of their members but also steward the electrical industry that their founders envisioned. The award is for $200 per semester credit hour at any accredited college or university toward an associate's, bachelor's or postgraduate degree in an approved field. The maximum distribution is $24,000 per person over a period not to exceed eight years.
